What is the minimum order?

Our minimum is just 12 towels, with bulk pricing tiers that drop as quantities grow. One swim squad or one wedding party is a completely normal order here.

How long does an order take?

Your free mockup arrives within 24 hours, and finished towels ship in about 2 weeks (faster turnaround available with express shipping).

Printed, woven or embroidered — which do I want?

Printed for artwork, photographs and full-bleed colour. Woven for stripes and property borders that must never fade. Embroidered for a quiet mark on a premium towel. We will tell you which your design actually needs.

Will the print stiffen or crack?

No. We dye sublimate, which bonds the colour inside the fibre rather than laying a coating on top. There is nothing on the surface to crack, peel or stiffen, from the first wash to the hundredth.

What sizes do you make?

30 by 60 inches as standard and 35 by 70 inches oversized. If the towel will be lain on rather than dried with, take the oversized — almost nobody who upgrades goes back.

Cotton or microfibre?

Cotton for hotels, spas and anything premium in the hand. Microfibre when it has to pack small, dry fast or ship cheaply in volume — race packs, travel kits and festival merchandise.

Can you match our exact brand colours?

Yes. Send hex or Pantone references and we match to them, then show you the matched swatches in the free mockup before anything is printed or woven.

Do I pay anything before I approve the design?

Nothing. Mockups and revisions are free and unlimited, and you only pay once the design is exactly what you want.
