A towel order is rarely a one-off. Planning the second order while placing the first is what separates a tidy linen cupboard from a mismatched one.
Quantities for a property
The working rule is three sets in circulation for every lounger or room position: one in use, one in the wash, one on the shelf. Properties that order two sets spend the season firefighting.
Add roughly ten per cent for loss. Guests take good towels home, which is a compliment with a cost attached.
Plan the replacement cycle
Commercial stock has a life measured in wash cycles, not years. Decide up front whether you will replace the whole set at once or roll a portion each season — rolling replacement keeps the cupboard consistent, which is why we keep your specification and weave on file for identical reorders.
Monograms and dates for events
Initials and a date are the two things people keep. A full event logo on a welcome towel gets used once; a monogram gets used for years. If the towel is a gift rather than signage, brand it as lightly as you can bear.
Colour, honestly
White is the only colour that can be bleached hard, which is why properties keep choosing it. If you want colour on a commercially laundered towel, put it in a woven border rather than across the whole field.
What to send us
The use, the laundry, a rough quantity and your colour references. That is enough for us to specify the towel properly and send a free mockup within one business day — and to tell you if the method you had in mind will not survive the wash you have.
