Shipping Policy

Production time

Standard production is about 2 weeks from the moment you approve your mockup (faster turnaround available with express shipping). Production starts at approval, not at first enquiry.

Express turnaround

Openings, weddings and events work to fixed dates, so tell us the date when you request the quote. We confirm in writing whether it is achievable before you pay.

Delivery

Towels ship boxed by ground carrier, typically 2–5 business days in transit; large property orders may ship on a pallet. Oversized cotton towels are heavy, so volume orders often split across cartons. Tracking is sent as soon as the shipment leaves.

Addresses and split shipments

Check the shipping address before approval — carriers charge to redirect in transit and we pass that through at cost. We can split an order across multiple properties; give us the breakdown when you order.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking stalls or a carton arrives damaged, send photos and we open the carrier claim and remake or refund the affected portion.
