A branded towel is unusual among promotional goods: it goes home, gets washed, and comes back out the following summer. Almost nothing else in the category survives contact with a washing machine, let alone three seasons of one.
That longevity is also the risk. A cheap towel goes thin and grey after six washes and then carries your name around in that condition for years. Getting the construction right matters more here than the printing does, and it is the part most suppliers skip.
Why we exist
Most towel sites are catalogues: pick a size, upload a file, choose from four colours, wait. Nobody asks what the towel is for, so nobody tells you that a printed logo will not survive your commercial laundry, or that your hairline crest will disappear into terry loops.
We ask first and specify second. The free mockup shows the towel at real proportions with the matched colour swatches beside it, and where we think the decoration method is wrong for the use we say so before you pay. Minimum order is 12, so one swim squad or one wedding party is a completely normal order.
What we make
Cotton terry and terry velour from 400 to 550 gsm for hotels, spas and premium gifts; fine-filament microfibre from 250 gsm where the towel has to pack small, dry fast and ship cheaply. Printing is dye sublimation, which bonds colour inside the fibre rather than laying a coating on the surface — so there is nothing to crack, peel or stiffen.
Where the branding has to outlive a commercial laundry we weave it in as a dobby border or stitch it onto a sheared velour landing panel, because print does not survive industrial washing and a half-faded logo looks worse than no logo at all.
